As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members.
Implement best practices in application design and configuration to enhance efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in application management.
Continuously assess project progress and adapt strategies to meet changing requirements.
