Job Description

Someone who has come from an hands-on operational background,

Ideally working with Vitalization/Vmware/hyper-v, and more recently Cloud-AWS/Azure/GCP (Cloud agnostic)

Working with an ITIL service management framework

Involved with documenting processes/process improvements, ISO documentation

Roles involves technical BA deliverables

Technical operation knowledge of infrastructure, especially On prem and cloud and Public Cloud.

Also worked with as a consultant or professional services would be beneficial but not mandatory.
