CIAM Architect

Job Description: CIAM Architect

The IAM Architect will play a critical role in leading the migration from an existing CIAM to the selected new CIAM solution as part of an identity and access management (IAM) implementation project within the Dutch financial services industry. The IAM Architect will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and external vendors to implement the selected solution to meet the organization's business requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the project team to implement the CIAM solution to meet business requirements ensuring that it is delivered on time, and to the required quality standards.

• Work with the IAM team to create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.

• Collaborate with the security team to ensure that IAM solutions comply with relevant security policies, standards, and regulations.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the CIAM implementation lifecycle.

• Collaborate with application development teams to ensure that IAM solutions integrate seamlessly with existing applications and services.

• Participate in regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• • Proven experience in implementing CIAM solutions with leading vendors.

• • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and federation.

• • Familiarity with security policies, standards, and regulations, such as GDPR, PSD2, and ISO27001.

• • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• • Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML and OIDC.

• • Familiarity with digital identity services such as DigiD, eIDAS, eHerkenning would be an advantage.
