Cloud and Endpoint Engineer

Main activities and responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and continuously optimize solutions in the area of Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365 platform and other cloud related technologies

Designing, building and managing securely end user device infrastructure.

End to end administration of endpoint management platforms

Providing 2 nd level support for areas under responsibility, by responding to incidents and service requests

Participation in cross departmental projects as subject matter expert.

Define and documenting best practices and strategies in your area responsibilities.

Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to identify and implement the most optimal solutions.

Competencies and personality

In depth understanding of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune

Experience managing MacOS in a corporate environment. Knowledge about Jamf Pro is a plus.

Expertise in using Intune to manage IOS and Android devices.

Extensive hands-on experience managing all aspects of windows 10/11 enterprise.

Proficiency with PowerShell scripting/automation.

Strong knowledge managing Microsoft 365 workloads (ex. Exchange online, Teams etc)

Familiarity with database and telephony services

Ability to anticipate, identify and define problems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.

Excellent planning, documentation, and organizational skills

Keen to learn new technologies and adaptable to constant changes.

Education & Qualifications

University degree or similar higher education, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Microsoft 365 platform related certifications

Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Windows 10/11

Work experience

Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience and minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Proven track-record in managing complex end user compute platforms.

Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads.

Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage

Languages

Fluent in English

Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
