Cloud / DevOps Engineer

Role Description

• Experience of setting up and hosting a 3rd party Document Understanding platforms software on-premise.

• Experience of working with containerisation technologies like Kubernetes, Docker.

• Knowledge of setting up an application within a public cloud environment e.g. AWS.

• Experience of working with databases like Client, SQL Server, Elasticsearch.

• Experience of IT networking and working of firewalls, including networking with container technologies.

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

• Experience of working on Document Understanding platforms/solutions, including related training of AI models and associated languages e.g. Python

• Agile Development principles, practices, tools and techniques.

• Good experience of applying, defining and communicating architectural patterns.

• Good communication skills, collaboration and working as part of a team

• Experience in dealing with technology delivery governance in large financial organisations

AWS

DevOps, Bit Bucket and Bamboo

Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud formation

Automation Tools- Bash, Python scripting

CI/CD process

Strong technical background in systems architecture, server automation, orchestration and application development
