About the role
Project description and scope of work required: Development and ingestion of Real Estate Space, Lease, Maintenance and Energy data to provide insights to portfolio optimization and develop Cognos reporting capability for visualization
Preferred candidates will be proficient in English (4 or greater on 1-5 scale)
Experienced candidates will be able to work independently with occasional supervision
Mid-level candidates must be able to work independently with limited supervision and follow guidance from a technical leader
Familiarity with Agile methodology is expected
Cognos - 1 experienced developer - Cognos v11 or later, data module, complex reports/dashboards, javascript extensions, motio, admin/security, performance tuning
Data Engineer - 1 mid-level developer - cloud-native development experience, ETL pipelines using python and spark, Airflow, REST API development, basic relational DB skills, issue triage and resolution experience.
