This is a unique opportunity to have direct business impact through a strategic growth project and engagement of driver partners associated with Uber's platform. To succeed in this role, you'll need solid problem solving, analytics and communication skills to work jointly with stakeholders.

In practice this requires a unique mix of problem solving skills; an ability to quickly understand our product and processes, and identify potential optimisation that will improve conversion and user experience. Highly refined people skills, as well as toughness, persistence and grit, are required to ensure execution excellence. This is an intense, business-side fast-paced role, with a clear and direct impact on the growth of our business.

What You'll Do

• Analytics. Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our marketplace dynamics regarding driver conversion, retention and efficiency

• Data Visualisation. Present relevant data in a way that helps business stakeholders understand the situation and advance the narrative on the right recommendation, including but not limited to dashboard building

• Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps. Own processes and constantly seek to improve them

• Project Management. You drive projects from beginning to end and deliver the results

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in business intelligence, management consulting, or data analytics with moderate to high level of SQL experience

• Excellent problem solving skills - you can break down complex business problems, develop a data-driven methodical approach for diagnosis and solutioning, and carry out the analysis in a tight schedule independently

• Solid communication skills - you can articulate the data insights and data-backed recommendations to business audience for buy-in

• A data-driven and analytical mindset - You examine data and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes.

• Project management skills - You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks

• Curiosity - You love learning how things work and always look for innovative solutions to develop and improve processes
