Data Analyst: Band B1
Key skills required for the job are:
MS SQL-L1 (Mandatory)
Excel-L1
Project Management-L1
As a Data Analyst, should be responsible for supporting project teams in terms of research and background information.Expected to elicit and detail the client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling. Expected to document the results of analysis activities using appropriate templates or tools.

Define, manage and monitor budget for ongoing operations
Address and support client requirement needs
Create operational process, define goals and milestones for the operations (e.g. roadmap and project plan)
Cross-functional collaboration with Client’s Software Engineering, Support internal teams to continually improve overall operations processes
Monitor Operations, collect and analyze data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas
Define and work on SOPs to improve operation
