About the role
Key area of Skill and Expertise Experience Required
SAS Programming or Python Programming
(Mandatory)
Ø SAS or Python programming experience with good knowledge advanced analytics model development.
RDBMS Database and SQL Coding (Mandatory) Ø Candidate must be able to write and execute complex queries in SQL.
Visualization (Tableau / Python / SAS)
(Mandatory)
Ø Good working knowledge in using the visualization tools to present findings. Tableau > Python > SAS.
Advanced Analytics Techniques
(Mandatory)
Ø 3-6 years of hands-on experience in developing Supervised Learning and Unsupervised Learning analytics models for CRM or Fraud or Productivity gain use cases.
Ø Good knowledge of advanced analytics technique applied for model development on use cases.
Campaign Management
(Optional) Ø Basic knowledge of campaign management such as segmentation, exclusion, contact history, response tracking, and leads optimizing.
Ø Campaign management experience in Banking will be added advantage.
Big Data Analytics
(Optional)
Experience in using big data analytics techniques for model development; e.g. graph & spatial, ELK stack, text mining, etc. It is good that candidate able to work with unstructured data.
