Position : Data Engineer

Location : Gothenburg, Sweden/ anywhere in EU

Rate : As per market standard

FTE is preferred, TP is also fine

We are looking for a Full Stack Data Engineer with e2e capabilities to work with data all the way from extraction to presentation of the data. You are curious by nature and you love working with Data & Analytics tools, can model multidimensional data sets, create stunning visualizations and can partner with stakeholders to answer key business questions. You have the ability to move between theory and practice taking on challenges and opportunities as needed.

What You’ll Do

• You will solve business problems by exploring trends and patterns in data and transform it into actionable insights

• Design, develop, and maintenance of ongoing data pipelines, metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

• Tell stories by applying your excellent data visualization skills

• Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to measure, report, and act

• Build automated data solutions and dashboards to enable users to self-service 80% of data needs, allowing you to focus on answering hard and ambiguous problems

• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

• Your Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data engineering and business intelligence

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence both business and technical teams

• Experience gathering business requirements , using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports

• Data visualization skills using Power BI (incl DAX) and/or Tableau or similar tools

• Demonstrated strength in SQL, data modelling, ETL development (Azure Data Factory, WhereScape), data warehousing (Snowflake) and Azure data lake.

• Broad Experience from Azure Data Management Services

• Experience with the Automotive industry is meritorious

• Be comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn new skills

• Understanding of Data & Information Management
