About the role
What are you going to do?
As a Data Migration Lead you are responsible for all things related to Data Migration for different domains. You orchestrate the scoping, mapping and oversee the data migration engine. You’re the linking pin between with the experts in the domain, the country that’s migrating, the central team and the external vendor that builds the migration engine.
You will bring people together to align on requirements and issue resolution. Because you know your way around data systems, and you know how data flows, you can level with the different stakeholders both in dept. (PostgreSQL, AWS S3, Snowflake) and with a helicopter view.
As a summary: driving all things data migration in your domain.
You will report into the Head of Data Migration.
Who are we looking for?
Experience as a similar position, like (technical) project manager or technical business analyst.
Experience with data solutions design and analytics.
Knowledge of Python, AWS S3, JSONs, PEGA, PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
Leasing experience would be great.
Experience in a high passed, international environment.
Client experience is a nice to have.
You’re a self-starter, taking ownership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
