Datawarehouse Engineer-remote Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, or related roles.

Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data warehouse solutions.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Client, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience with ETL tools/processes

Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and best practices.

Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Client Redshift, Snowflake).

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to gather data from various sources into the data warehouse.

Develop and implement data models and database schemas that support business requirements.

Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the data warehouse.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other IT team members to develop data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Document data warehouse architecture, processes, and data models.

Generate and maintain detailed reports on the status and health of the data warehouse.
