About the role
Today we have three products, Adobe Sign, Signicat and Microsoft Sign.
The Developer need to be driven and structured in the roll to manage this team.
The Developers role is to have an overall knowledge of the Products activities and deliveries according to the following list:
· Work tight together with other teams in Digital Workplace to achieve the best user experience
· Build processes and connections with other teams where we have and will have electronic Sign Integrations. Team such as SharePoint, SAP, Client, MS office, Ms Teams etc.
· Team lead for third and second line to drive the planning and weekly meetings.
· Assist with technical solutions to find the best design, configuration, installation and usage of electronic Signing and Digital ID and when needed take help from Suppliers as Signicat and Adobe etc.
· Responsible for weekly reporting to product owner
· Demonstrate the product to VCC departments and support for best solutions with electronic signing.
· Knowledge in SAFe and agile processes
· God knowledge and experience with electronic signing and Digital ID solutions
· Be up to date with new technology
· Demonstrate to VCC users how they can use the products.
· Drive new e-sing solutions together with other teams at VCC and help VCC departments with new integrations.
· Support our customer to convert document for signing, create templates, webforms and Workflows in the adobe consol.
· Responsible together with the DevOps team to keep Adobe sing portal structured with groups, users and account settings.
· Agile Teamwork and planning for new integrations with SAP, SharePoint, Client, Coupa, Miles and documentum.
· Agile Teamwork with al department who needs support
· Good Swedish and English, in speech and writing
