About the role
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support team members from implementation to release in production and maintenance
Create structured and hands-on learning opportunities
Hands-on work with team members on DevOps implementation
Identify skill gaps in the teams and build coaching plans where needed
Work directly and with the engineering leadership to address training needs
Facilitate workshops to create artefacts and define concrete backlog items for implementation
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Have good knowledge of Jenkins – pipeline creation, updates, and integration
Have good knowledge of Release orchestrator – XL release, Cloudbees ARO
Have good knowledge of Groovy scripting, shell scripting
Knowledge on Containers
Good experience on Release Management process, automation, model
Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform
