Role: Digital Marketing Support Transition Analyst

Work location: Bandar Sunway

Key Deliverables

• Support Contract Analysis & Rationalization.

• Fulfilling both IT and Marketing requirements in the implementation of the BAU Support model.

• Implementation of key IT Support processes across the various components in the Digital Ecosystem.

• Implementation of compliance measures and controls within the support processes to meet IT Governance Standards.

• Creation of transition documentation.

• Service Management Toolset Configuration (via Service Provider).

Skills required

  • • Degree educated Marketing or IT professional with business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in a Business- or IT-related discipline

  • • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with a working knowledge of agile practices

  • • Ability to analyze processes and data to draw insight, and identify opportunities

  • • Proactivity and initiative, a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work unsupported

  • • Strong problem-solving skills

  • • Ability to recognize the concepts of shared responsibility and effective collaboration

  • • Ability to communicate in a precise, concise and effective manner

  • Experience

  • • A project resource with experience in Digital Marketing Solution Implementation in the FMCG industry

  • • Experience of working in an industry where marketing is highly regulated

  • • Experience in consultancy for Digital Support Model implementation

  • • Experience of delivering face-to-face support process training
