Digital Tech Lead - Mobile

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement applications on various channels, including web, mobile using different frameworks and products, such as React, React Native, Angular etc.

Work with clients and other members such as team leads, architects, business analysts to translate functional requirements to technical implementations

Contribute to identify gaps, dependencies and constraints in terms of usability, technical complexity, and non-functional considerations (e.g. accessibility and performance)

Manage requirements, technical specifications, system testing, UAT and implementations

Lead the development team on solution development and responsible for quality assurance

Mentor junior team members and offshore team, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing activities

Maintain learning path for new technologies.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science or any other equivalent degree

• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale end-to-end software development life cycle from solution design to production launch

• Sound knowledge in SDLC, Agile and quality assurance

• Experience in React Native is a must

• Familiar with IOS or Android would be a plus

• Strong analytical skills, to identify and discuss issues, with potential solution options with team leads

• Experience in system integration via web services / RESTful APIs

• Have experience in leading a small to medium team for project implementation

• Have experience in managing offshore developers to deliver the project

• Familiar with microservices architecture is a plus

• Experience in performance tuning of applications is a plus

• Good team player and able to work independently

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
