F5 Engineer

Job Description

Setup and Deploy F5, Configure F5 as Remote Desktop Gateway (RD Gateway) and integrate with RSA Authentication Manager for MFA capabilities.

Configure authenticating RDP client sessions (e.g. from a user's laptop via TCP 3389) via F5 against Active Directory Domain

Evaluating resource policies to authorise the RDP client request to the resource (e.g. Citrix VDI)

Experience and knowledge one or more of Global Traffic Manager (GTM), Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Domain Name System (DNS), Access Policy Manager (APM).

Build, Design and Implement Highly available solutions across IAM, preferably F5 with troubleshooting skills, virtual server connectivity, device management.

Configure F5 for load balancing such as round-robin between the clients and maintain session affinity configurations.

Update confluence with High Level Design, Low Level technical Specification documents and use of JIRA for agile sprints F5 related technical work.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to analyse product logs and fix issues related to build or configuration and network knowledge.

Preferably prior experience in IAM Domain or infrastructure projects with sound knowledge and experience of F5 and network.

Preferably have good written skills w.r.t creating Reports and excellent verbal skills to present and manage stakeholders.

Directly accountable to build and deploy F5 and components
