Test Manager Job Description

¦ At least 8+ years of strong testing experience in handling large SAP transformations

¦ Responsible for the end to end delivery of the testing scope for the SAP Implementation project.

¦ Should be having experience of testing of the SAP standardization project from SAP 4.5B module to Group SAP ECC 6.0

¦ Knowledge of methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc) would be preferred

¦ The incumbent should be functional expert into SAP modules related to GL as well as AR, AP, AA and MM, CO and FM.

¦ The Test Manager should be able to understand the RICEFW requirements, identify non-functional requirements, create a test strategy/plan, manage the team to design the test cases, execute the test cases and ensure complete coverage. The role holder should also be able to support the program in post go-live support, as needed

¦ The role holder should be able to estimate for SAP testing, based on the functionalities.

¦ The Test Manager should create a roadmap for the testing activities, liaison with the customer stakeholders and ensure to get the acceptances of the testing deliverables with the client

¦ The Test Manager should be able to manage the cost, time, quality, risk, scope and resources. The role holder should also Review and publish Test metrics

¦ Banking domain experience is preferable
