Essential Experience (All of the following MUST be demonstrable on the CV, otherwise it will not be considered by the client for submission):

Masters +11 years experience

Excellent written and oral command of English.

Skills in front-end development: JavaScript ES6, CSS, HTML are essential;

• Experience with at least one but preferably more than one of AngularJS, Angular, React or Vue;

• Experience with server side development in at least one of the following technologies: Node.js; Python; Ruby; Perl; PHP; Java or C#/.NET;

• Knowledge and experience of both relational and noSQL databases e.g. Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB;

• Experience with version control systems - particularly Subversion and Git;

• Some understanding of browsers and web technology in general;

• Experience with XML technologies;

• Basic UNIX/Linux skills essential (sufficient to manage files and configure web servers over an ssh console connection);

• Some knowledge of web servers, networking, how the Internet works;

• Windows or Mac OS knowledge;

• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

• Desirable Experience (This experience will be highly sought after for this project, therefore if the candidate does not possess this experience, then please add similar/ equivalent experience in its place):

• Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture

• Good knowledge of applications design

• Good knowledge of modelling tools

• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture

• Good knowledge of Relational DBMS

• Good knowledge of business process analysis

• Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus)

• Good redaction skills

• Ability to give technical presentations

• Ability to apply high quality standards

• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design

• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills

• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment..

• Agile work methodology experience helpful
