Job Title: Functional Consultant (Data Services)

Requirements

• SAP design, configuration and testing experience

• SAP Modules: SAP Data Services

• Strong experience working with SAP Data Services/BODS

• Working knowledge of modelling and implementation

• Strong experience in ETL design processes with BODS/SAP DS

• Experience building data warehouses and gathering and analyzing data

• Experience in data integration, quality, and cleansing.

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

• Must be an effective problem solver

• Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel.

• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

• RESPONSIBLE

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients

• Carry out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures

• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership

• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices

• Manage or participate in SAP Business All-In-One implementation

• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

• To translate business requirements into coherent solution considering balancing both the functional needs and data architecture.

• Implementing appropriate processes to drive high quality and critical sustainable solutions

• Directly accountable and responsible to deliver for his or her module or assigned scope of work on all agreed customer requirements, scope of assignments and terms of reference within any requirements/constraints of the contract and internal objectives for

• its individual unit.

• Directly accountable for Data modelling and process modelling assuming the accountability for technical, functional and product design, maintenance and client provisioning

• To provide testing, training and documentation.

• To do data migration if applicable.

• Establishes and maintains good customer relationships and assists in stakeholder and benefits identification and management

• Identifies opportunities for additional consultancy assignments, and actively works within the delivery process by contributing relevant expertise to aid definition of the customer proposition.

• Provide specialist coaching and guidance with skills transfer as relevant within the organization and the customers.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers or related field

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in ICT related industry

• Knowledgeable in the relevant IT area(s),

• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules

• At least one full lifecycle of SAP implementation experience (project preparation till Go-Live)
