About the role
Role name: GCP Hands-on Architect

Job Description:
· GCP SME is responsible for providing deep technical guidance on designing, implementing, and managing solutions on GCP.
· Help teams on cloud-based architectures and solutions, leading cultural change for cloud adoption.
· Create core Technical architecture, low-level design; including technology components, google native option and risk mitigation plans.
· Work with infrastructure and Cloud OPS team to enable LZ, projects and GCP migration tools for migration.
· Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient modernization and migration to GCP Cloud.
Tech Skills:
· Deep, expert-level knowledge of GCP services and best practices.
· Certifications: A Google Cloud Professional certification is a must.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible, and understanding of CI/CD principles.
· Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, including virtualization, storage, high availability, and disaster recovery.
· Experience with managing both SQL and NoSQL databases on GCP (e.g., Cloud SQL Mongo, Alloy BigQuery, Firestore).
