Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GCP Solution Architect with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead cloud architecture initiatives and drive large-scale data transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , BigQuery , cloud-native architectures, and telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing, and network analytics. Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

Hands-on experience with BigQuery and related GCP data services.

Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures , microservices, and API-led solutions.

Strong understanding of telecom business processes and systems.

Familiarity with OSS/BSS platforms , billing systems, network systems, or telecom analytics.

Proven experience in a Technology Architect or Solution Architect role.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of FinOps principles , cloud financial governance, and cost optimization strategies.

Experience with cloud cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and optimization initiatives.

Ability to identify opportunities for improving cloud efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Lead cloud transformation and modernization initiatives within telecom environments.

Develop and optimize data solutions using BigQuery and related GCP services.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define architecture standards and best practices.

Design cloud-native applications using microservices and API-driven architectures.

Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and implement FinOps best practices.

Support telecom analytics, OSS/BSS integrations, billing systems, and network data platforms.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud architecture and solution design.

• Strong telecom domain experience.

• Hands-on expertise with GCP services, especially BigQuery.

• Experience leading enterprise-scale architecture and cloud migration projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
