About the role
Role: Google Developer Architect / Development Lead Work location: Bandar Sunway
Job Responsibilities
Apart from the requirements for a Google developer, the resource should be able to:-
¿ Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues for G Suite products and GCP services.
¿ Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of Google's products, recommended architecture and implementation.
¿ Build and transfer knowledge to support teams.
¿ Design and guide the implementation of new tools to increase efficiency for both the customer and the technical support process.
¿ Act as a consultant and knowledge base for Delivery Managers and Product Owners, resolve technical deployment obstacles, improve the product's vision.
¿ Work closely with multiple G Suite Product Owners and Software Development teams on understanding ways to improve the product.
¿ Prepare documentation and take part in the process of getting approval for the deployment of the developed changes.
