Job Title: HEDIS Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 14 months
Job Description:
· Strong experience analysing year over year HEDIS measure changes by separating spec, value set, code, and data availability impacts—not just rate differences.
· Deep understanding of HEDIS related data (medical, pharmacy, provider, medical records) and ability to research gaps, propose data additions, assess impact, and estimate effort.
· Proven ability to explain measure changes and root causes to business and leadership, including quantifying drivers and recommending actionable improvements.
· Hands on contributor involved in creating or influencing specs and data logic, capable of ad hoc vendor file research, documentation, and proposing enhancements (not just running canned reports).
