About the role
We have Analyst, senior Analyst and Specialist roles open for the L1 Help Desk with languages mentioned below;
Candidates form Krakow area are preferred but all roles can be delivered remotely form Poland;
Resources have to have a min. B2+ lvl of the language to be able to work in it (speaking and writing) and have good command of English (screening in English);
Candidates have to be eligible to work in Poland without work permit as we need quick joiners;
