IBM Websphere Administrator

1. Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining WebSphere applications.

2. Middleware Support: Providing support for enterprise programs and applications, including VMWare, RedHat Linux, CentOS Linux, Windows Server, Citrix, LDAP, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, and various scripting languages like Perl, Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell, and VB Script.

3. Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring the overall health and maintenance of infrastructure assets, including middleware and application components.

4. High Availability and Performance: Guiding delivery teams on design principles to support high availability, performance, and application resiliency.

5. Innovation and Proof of Concepts: Identifying innovative ideas and conducting proof of concepts.

6. Documentation: Providing documentation for production support.

Qualifications for a WebSphere Administrator may include:

Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Education, Technical, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Administration, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
