Technical Skills

• Create an OS image using SCCM or MDT

• Build/Capture/Update Windows 10 images

• Configure WDS, PXE server

• Deploying image using online, offline methods

• Test/Certify new hardware models.

• Responsible for deploying images and troubleshooting

• Manage Windows 10 feature updates using Windows 10 servicing or In-place upgrade task sequence

• Ability to resolve highly complex issues

• Manage OSD/Image escalations

• Knowledge of any ticketing tool

• PowerShell scripting

• Helping IT technicians in Imaging issues

• Deploy images using Lite Touch and Zero touch methodologies.

• Creating custom boot images and OS images

• Offline service of OS images.
