Job Title- Infrastructure Analyst
Location- Coventry, UK
Duration- 6 - 12 Months (Can be extended further)
Infrastructure Analyst - Requirements
Purpose of Role The Infrastructure Analyst will join an already established team within CBS, provides a level of technical knowledge to undertake the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems independently escalation to Infrastructure Engineers if required. Completes tasks to agreed levels of quality, within stated timescales with no supervision. Looks for improvement opportunities within the team and its processes/procedures. An effective team member who provides support and guidance to peers and other team members. Contributes to team efficiency through the creation of accurate technical documentation. Team are expected to rota themselves and it's normally 2-3 days a week on site.
Essential Core Skills:
Demonstrable expertise in their chosen technical discipline.
Essential experience of working in a complex, pressurised production environment.
Financial services experience would be desirable.
Customer service skills are required and you will be engaging with users. Essential skills

Have Microsoft product knowledge and experience including:
o Windows 10
o Office 365/Office 365 mobility
o SCCM (Creating & troubleshooting; Packages, Programs, Task Sequences & Applications)
o MS Defender
o Bitlocker
Be proficient with Active Directory, including managing GPOs, and securing and configuring endpoints with group policies
Have some experience in tools to enable effective management of the modern end user computing platform, specifically SCCM 2012 and above
Have knowledge in configuring, securing and deploying Microsoft Client Operating systems configuration (e.g. Windows 7 and 10)
Have experience of being a contributor to EUC-relevant major projects (e.g. Windows 10 upgrades)
Have knowledge or experience of Mobile Device Management technologies · Have knowledge or experience of Powershell scripting

Infrastructure Analyst – Service & Deliverables
You’ll be responsible for independently troubleshooting and resolving all product and end user service incident
You’ll effectively prioritise tasks to ensure that high priority activities are completed first
You’ll undertake technical tasks such as patching, reviewing logs, assisting build and configuration activity, and maintaining the technical estate
You’ll contribute to the team’s efficiency through the creation of accurate technical documentation
You’ll support the success of the service team by delivering within the agreed SLA’s
You’ll support both laptop and desk top build
You may be required to visit one of our branches to support fixing or replacing of equipment
