Infrastructure Architect

JD:

• Would be expected to carry out all aspects of Infrastructure design and implementation this includes:

• Design and implement robust and secure information systems that support an enterprise infrastructure

• Translation of functional and non-functional business requirements into an appropriate technical solution design, leveraging best practices and consistent design patterns

• Excellent knowledge of system administration and software development

• Detailed analysis of infrastructure design and security standards

• Effectively collaborating across technology senior exec, service partners, architects, DevOps, multiple teams and geographies

• Develop implementation plan for infrastructure architecture on basis of IT strategies and business requirements

• Advise and assure proposed design is valid including best practice’s and security considerations

Required Technical Skills

• Must have strong understanding of Network Topology, Network design. Create landing zones blueprints.

• Sound understanding on scaling, resilience, and infrastructure automation.

• Experience with Security, Disk Stores & SSL Communication management, Proactive monitoring, tuning, periodic maintenance and capacity planning on Infra.

• Network solutions - switching, routing, load balancers, VPN, MPLS WAN, SD-WAN, etc

• Security solutions - Email, endpoint, web, firewalls, IPS, IDS, WAF, PKI, VPN, MFA and other identity management services

• Must have good understanding infrastructure monitoring, logging and security management

• Server infrastructure - virtualization, storing, backup, hyper-converged platforms

• Private Cloud technologies - PCF and PNF

• Good understanding of database platform setups – RDBMS / NOSQL

• Containerization, microservices and orchestration technologies - Kubernetes, Docker

• Must of have skills in terraform/CloudFormation/Python/Shell

• Recent experience with design, implementation and operations of Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) & Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions and/or Application modernization, migration and development on Platform-as-a-service (PaaS) platforms.

• Knowledge on Client DB setup, PCF Kafka setup , Kerberos Authentication, Splunk & Dx-APM

• Infrastructure estate covering all x86 types
