2 nd level support role for Swiss Infrastructure (where access from RoW is not possible)

Start / Stop processes

Review and redact log files

Troubleshoot generic linux / windows / database / ldap / AURA / OAuth etc. infrastructure issues

Provide support for production services during CH production issues

Provide a backup for existing resources in case of absence (Krunal Lad )

Support for the following RnA applications

Workflow (Springboot based Java applications e.g. Flowable)

Reporting (QlikSense reporting application, and python scripts)

Qlik Self Service (Python, R based support)

Portal (SpringBoot based Java applications)

Support deployment to various environments

Linux / Windows VMs via Salt States

Openshift via Helm Charts

Jenkins Pipelines

Qlik Applications to Qlik environments

BPMN, CMMN deployment to Flowable.

Capacity / performance / monitoring and reporting / dashboards / alerting with tools such as

AppDynamics

Grafana

Splunk

(Prometheus)

Batch monitoring and maintenance using Control-M

Development / Support of Build / Deploy toolchain and deployment automation including

Support for gradle libraries with Groovy

Support for Jenkins Pipeline functions in Groovy

Development of gradle plugins / extensions

Maintenance of linux based build images / containers (Dockerfile)

SonarQube integration and setup of quality gates

Nexus IQ

Target applications are NodeJS / React and Springboot

Automation

Support teams across RnA to adopt and maintain harmonized build system / pipelines

Integration

Carry out PoC on automation / integration processes and provide frameworks in the build system to simplify this across the various teams

E.g. Creation of Change requests in Service Now, integration of appdynamics in containers etc

Support migration of applications from VMs to Openshift

Train teams on Helm / Openshift

Be familiar with 12 factor application concept

Understand how to externalize configuration from spring boot applications

Support OpenShift operations
