Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• This is a position for E2E telecom domain having experience in Convergent Charging and Billing domain.

• As BSS integration lead, you will be responsible for integration of charging and billing system with other systems in the telco.

• Bring an understanding of the enterprise, business system, business process, and industry to the team(s) supporting or interfacing with the applications to be integration.

• Design, document and deliver integration procedure, based on a combination of deep process skills and broad industry knowledge.

• Coordinate interactions, integration spec walk-through, sign offs, as appropriate to ensure completion of projects

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• Liaising with team members, management, and vendors to ensure projects are completed to standard.

• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Industry experience working on Telecom domain knowledge on BSS.

• Convergent Charging Experience

• Should be well versed with protocol and charging use cases.

• Strong Technical skills in technologies like C, Java, Linux, Scripting language Shell/Perl, Web-Services, WebLogic Administration, PL/SQL. Job type: Contract Division: eTeam Malaysia Reference: 21-00330
