Skills Needed MS MECM Current Branch 2010 Should have experienced as L3 for Image Creation and deployment knowledge of Cloud Management Gateway MS Deployment Toolkit (MDT) Operating System Deployment (OSD) Troubleshooting OSD Task Sequences errors Create answer files with Windows Image Configuration Designer (Nice to have) Experience with PowerShell Regression testing experience for the Images built Understanding of GPO and LPO and their impact on System Configuration Should have good experience on creating images on Desktops, Laptops and Surface Devices Microsoft MEM CB OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is required Image capture, build and testing Apply layered and other best practices guidelines related to OS image management. Design services for deployment of operating system images, security patches, applications and settings, utilizing MEM in a medium/large enterprise environment. Create, monitor and report on key metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues, Hands-on experience on MDT Ability to build task sequences Configuring and Install Multi-Language pack from Task Sequence Experience in creating scripts with VBScript and PowerShell Expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System including a solid understanding of the registry and WMI Ability to certify new hardware models for the Image Excellent Windows Operating System and application troubleshooting skills Experience in building standard Desktop Image for Windows 7 / 10 for automated deployment in the environment OS Build, Driver Package Preparation etc., Documentation of the build process and management of Gold Image Desktop Support background to troubleshoot issues on various hardware platforms and VDI s Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 Working knowledge on MECM currently Branch Software and application and patch deployment Experience writing complex queries in MS SQL and WQL (SCCM reporting) Familiarity with scripting languages like WISE, Install Script, Win Batch, VBScript, PowerShell Following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines; and ensuring compliance to service level agreements. Demonstrate strong technical and integration skills Experience in creating operating system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and/or System Center Configuration Manager Advanced knowledge & hands on experience on MECM Current Branch Knowledge on Microsoft SQL queries Knowledge of Scripting Languages (e.g., VBS, Perl, Batch Scripting and PowerShell) Knowledge of Virtualization Platforms (e.g., VMware ESX/Workstation, Hyper-V, VirtualBox Experience in managing multi-vendor device drivers Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Expert-level Windows 10 build architecture and deployment experience, including customization and "branding of a Windows 10 build Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/IntuneBare-metal and in-place Windows 10 deployment/upgrade strategies Knowledge of Hardware BIOS/UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) "Knowledge of Image Creation and Deployment tools (e.g., Workspace One, MDT, WinPE, SCCM OSD, IEM OSD, PXE) Problem determination and remediation" Knowledge of Device Drivers System compatibility with system and platform specific applications.
