Job Title: IS Support Specialist
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: Long Term Contract
What will you be bringing to the team?:
Be in charge of the organisation and implementation of support of information systems.
Maintaining and updating user support information on wiki sites and collaborative sites.
Providing guidance regarding the use of information systems.
Elaborate and implement relevant support processes.
What do you need to succeed in this position?:
Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with 9 years of experience in IT.
Knowledge in support of information systems
Good knowledge of ITIL.
Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
Good knowledge of service management tools SMT, JIRA or ServiceNow.
Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
