Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Mac management – Jamf (cloud)

• Expert in MacOS, iOS and Apple technologies

• Recommend and review solutions to meet business requirements

• Aid with migration and integration activities in support of mergers and acquisitions

• Create Knowledge Base entries

Requirements

• Knowledge of MDM technologies, Microsoft 365 and Azure Conditional Access

• Experience with software packaging deployment

• Strong communication skills

• Expert knowledge of MacOS, iOS and Windows management and deployment

• Expert knowledge of scripting (AppleScript, Shell, Bash, PowerShell) for automation

• Jamf Pro – systems, design, implementation and management
