Ivanti Support

More than 5 years of experience in Citrix Desktop& Apps along with Ivanti UWM.

Ø Must have more than 2 years of experience in Ivanti UWM 2018.X or latest.

Ø Ability to configure and Manage Ivanti & Citrix infra server and services.

Ø Managing End-to End Ivanti infra servers and configurations.

Ø Must have hands-on in Ivanti Environment Manager, Application control, Management control and performance manager services.

Ø Must have hands-on experience in creating apps shortcuts, ODBC configuration, ADMX policy, Registry settings via Ivanti Environment Manager.

Ø Configuring new custom policies (Condition& Actions) for applications based on the varies requirement. And also Modifying existing policy settings in Ivanti Environment manager.

Ø Configuring new Ivanti Application control configuration based on business requirement.

Ø Configuring apps and windows component restriction via Ivanti Application control.

Ø Configuring Rules (Group, User, Process) based on application requirement.

Ø Having good knowledge in customizing user Ivanti profile settings based on requirement.

Ø Also have proper understanding and ability to provide necessary solution if any infra level customization is required.

Ø Experience on working with Citrix & Ivanti vendor for any issues.
