We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 9940505447 - Project Mason Phase 2. The client is BANKERNES EDB CENTRAL A.M.B.A., a company specializing in providing information technology services and solutions tailored to the banking sector.Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Calypso (Software) is required. Advanced proficiency in Java (Programming Language) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Spring Framework, along with intermediate proficiency in Apache ActiveMQ, Microsoft SQL Developer, and JUnit Testing Framework, are suggested. Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their alignment with overall project goals and quality standards. Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve system efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
