Java - BPM Developer

Job Description :

"We are looking for Java - BPM developer to join one of our Business Process Management and Integration development teams and work for our client in financial services. You would be part of a scrum team and will work day to day with designers, developers and testers.

Experience - Min 6+ years of BPM with Java experience.

Technical skills:

Minimum 6 years of BPM experience.

Should have experience in Process, Casefolder, Filestore & FormData repositories.

Should have experience working in Work flow implementation.

Expertise in Java/J2EE/JSP/Web Services

Java development to coding standards including bank & industry standard patterns and practices

Experience with web service integrations like Web API, SOAP requests with WSDLs.

Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge any one of the major databases like Client, SQL Server & My SQL etc.,

Demonstrate advanced understanding of the project methodology (various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM)

Good communication and presentation skills.

Others:

Know ledge of Client[SQL, PL/SQL]

Knowledge of Agile(Scrum)

Knowledge in Azure GIT

Knowledge in CICD

Knowledge on DevOps Model. (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team."
