Your experience and skills

10+ years of IT experience with a fair understanding of compliance domain and related applications

strong exposure on Core Java, Spring, Spring boot, REST APIs and Microservices

exposure to OOP based UI Frameworks – AngularJS/ReactJS/NodeJS and Bootstrap and clear concepts on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, XSL/VTL

experience with enterprise integration and messaging related technologies such as JMS, MQ and/or Kafka

exposure on Cloud integration, Container services and good understanding of Agile based execution processes

understanding of relational (Client, SQL Server, Postgres)

proven skills in performance tuning and quality improvements

Should be able to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and be able to coordinate & collaborate with various teams across multiple regions

Nice to have

NICE Actimize solution used for monitoring and surveillance, enterprise risk case management & control using RCM designer, Plugin development & AIS platforms

You are

well versed with software development life cycle, configuration management, source code management, software release processes and ITIL framework

adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures

able to demonstrate facilitative approach to issue resolution and show willingness to cross role boundaries to achieve desired outcomes

the ability to write clear, concise and thorough requirements, functional & technical design documentation to a professional standard
