About the role
Full stack Developer - Java - Angular - Spring - JavaScript
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious EU Institutions in Europe.
We are on the lookout for a Fullstack Developer with a degree + minimum of 6 years related experience.
These are long term contracts with a very high chance of renewal. The longer you work there, the more valuable you become and this means that you could stay there for years.

In addition, they are not just looking for a standard Developer; they want people who can make a contribution to the team, who can bring new ideas and who can continue to learn and improve.
Minimum 3 years of higher education: Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field certified by diploma or 3 additional years of IT experience to the min. required;
Minimum 6 years in Java software development;
Proven solid experience in the analysis, design and actual development (programming) of the solution, including prototyping, based on the existing solution requirements specifications and high level technical architecture;
Proven hands-on experience using Java frameworks (like Spring, Springboot, JPA etc.), Javascript technologies (like Vue.js, Angular.js, Typescript etc.), Microsoft SQL Server and Active-MQ;
Implementing unit tests for the developed components;
Contributing to the improvement of the development and build process;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Solid documentation skills in English;
Working knowledge, written and spoken, of English (B2-C1)
- note . This would likely be initially remote, with the expectation to work onsite after the restrictions have been lifted.
