Job Description
2-5 Years Industry experience can understand of SCCM current Branch & task sequence, desktop build "Windows 10 image build activities” and installation along with basic troubleshooting. Preferred good communication skills. Understanding of OEM hardware, Bios, Exchange and Skype
Responsible for Build & Deployment and all supportive role (Packing/Un Packing the boxes).
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
Record technical issues and solutions in logs
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
Help create technical documentation and manuals
