Technical expertise on design, configuration installation and support of Microsoft 365 Apps and Edge in enterprise environment
Knowledge on Azure AD
Understanding of Group Policy
Troubleshooting experience of supported versions of Microsoft 365 Apps and Edge installations and configurations
Good understanding in software packaging and deployment procedures, and processes
Good communication and collaboration skills
Work closely together with other teams within the organisation to achieve the best user experience
Good documentation skills
Knowledge in SAFe and Agile processes
Agile way of working with release and upgrade activities within the team and when collaborating with other teams in the cluster and the rest of the organization where applicable
Actively participating in Daily Stand-up, Sprint and PI planning
Good Swedish and English , in speech and writing
