Job Description :

· Continually improve upon skills and ability to learn new technologies.

. Participate in problem management processes that have engineering or architectural elements
-
· Resolve operational issues escalated from Tier 2 and ensure documentation and training occurs to ensure Tier 2 resolution on the next occurrence.
-
· Mentor Tier 1 &2 staff on event handling & response.

· Demonstrate a dedication to seeing work delivered accurately and within SLA timeframes.
-
· Works closely with teammates to ensure procedures and escalation processes are followed & communication occurs.

· Routinely engage with and forge solid working relationships with the internal and client based Engineering & Architecture teams.

· Provide hands on support for a variety of network security technologies with a heavy focus on ASM WAF, LTM and GTM Load Balancing technologies.

· Good understanding of Security Policy creation, Entities, Attack Signature, and Logging Profiles.

· Strong knowledge of Application security vulnerability defined in OWASP10.
-
· Strong knowledge and hand on for tuning the security policy based on traffic learning.
-
· Good understanding of application framework, server technology, Protocol SOAP, XML and HTTP etc.
-
· Storing understanding of HTTP request and response header along with response code types and encoding.
-
. Knowledge and hands on support for a VMS (Vulnerability Management Solution), Governance Risk and Compliance, PKI Framework and Encryption
-
. Work on complex security policies, layouts, irules etc.
-
. Produce trend reports to highlight production problems and establish predetermined action and
-
escalation procedures to remediate them.

. Perform regular IT Security Assessments such as Web Applications Scans, Penetration Tests,
-
Source Code Reviews, etc.

. Recommend upgrades and/or improvements to Hardware, OS, firmware, platform standards,policies, procedures ..etc

. Strong understanding Design & Implementation of Complete Security Infrastructure from Perimeter to EndPoint.

· Strong understanding of application communication methodologies.
-
· Perform or participate in complex maintenance or deployment activities.
-
· Ability to perform TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures with solid experience interpreting results.
-
· High level of confidence and competence communicating on bridges.
-
· Solid background in vendor management to drive incident resolution.
-
· Experience with monitoring tools and strategies.
-
· Routinely mentor junior staff in areas of process, technology, execution and other areas.
-
· Execute and analyze packet captures using HTTP WATCH, Wireshark and other related technologies.
-
· Serve as extensions of the leadership team as directed for workload management and routine guidance.

· Create or modify documentation in response to new events and learning’s.
-
· Routinely provide constructive feedback for improvement opportunities.

· Assist management with determining suitable training and areas of technical need within the team
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
-
Professional ASM WAF certification from F5.
