Lead Full stack Developer

Job Description:

Experienced in leading a team and guiding team members on design techniques, technical approaches for a problem and implementing best solutions.

Managing and owning team's code quality in terms of using right practices, right code coverage

Excellent debugging and analysis skills, identifying fixes for reported issues by business team/users in production

Work closely with the design team to build reusable code and libraries

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Debug and fix defects found in continuous integration of iterative application builds

Provide engineering support for customer issues and general problem solving

Requirements

• Must have experience with Java/J2EE with a deep understanding of the language and core API's integration, Webservices and Microservices

• Excellent knowledge on Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Spring Security

• Must have experience in Kafka and Cassandra

• Experience in working with different public clouds

• Excellent understanding of different application servers

• Have knowledge on CSRF, CORS and XSS

• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent Knowledge in Dockers and Kubernetes

• Understanding of object orientation and software design patterns

• Good Knowledge on Splunk and Dynatrace

• Must have hands on experience in TDD and ATDD

• Hands on experience on Build/deployment tools like Maven, Ant, Jenkins

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
