About the role
Extensive software development experience spanning various roles within SDLC structure – Sr. Developer (4-7 years of experience).
Hands-on technical lead with vast application delivery experience on mainframe.
Proficiency in mainframe languages and tools – Cobol, CICS, JCL, Vsam, File-Aid, Xpediter. Good to have experience in IMS.
Skills in understanding Functional Specification Document and creating Process/Data Flow Diagrams, Technical Specification Documents, Interface Specifications.
Good communications skills.
Able to work independently or part of team.
Ability to work on multiple project streams simultaneously.
Experience in handling requirement gathering and creating SDLC deliverables for various size projects.
Experience in TSD creation, TSD review and code review.
Able to co-ordinate with different stakeholders.
Experience in helping/mentoring junior team members.
JAVA experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Exposure/experience in API/JSON architecture will be nice to have.
