Produces robust Solution analysis to support development of future team operational direction and activity

Must have the sound knowledge on CRM modules i.e sales, marketing, customer service etc.

Describe the primary business functions and distinguish between client-facing, business execution and business management functions

Identifies opportunities for shared functionality and automated solutions in the front to back support environment

Collaborate with Change the Bank and Run the Bank project leaders to identify opportunities for technical process design and improvement

Maintains awareness of compliance with policy and procedure as it relates to all departmental activity

Supports implementation of architecture improvements

Defines/Finetunes the current architecture state

Defines the future state and the roadmap to it

Interfaces with GTB architects and beyond to act as a CX Cloud domain expert to senior clients

Develop strong relationships with the product lines and in co-operation with the Delivery Management teams

Establish and foster strong relationships with colleagues in product development

Provide sales awareness to the sales and delivery community

Developing and designing of requirements for the CRM system in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries

Formulation of technical requirements and concepts for the further development of technical requirements for the CRM system

Coordination and control of internal departments and external service providers in regard to CRM topics

Further definition of the business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure

Technical and professional servicing of the CRM system

About You

Worked as a Dynamics Technical Architect.

Able to have senior technical and commercial conversations.

Excellent understanding of the entire Microsoft Stack.

Ability handle complex, enterprise projects.

Proficient spoken and written English required, and Cantonese skills will be beneficial.

Life Insurance experience will be beneficial
