Secondary - Splunk/Dynatrace
Good knowledge on system programming and algorithms
Experience in microservices-based
Experience on one or more languages like java etc
5+ years of experience in IT application support/monitoring
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communcation skills
experience with ITIL processes
Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Flexible to work on On-call support (weekends/non business hours)
