3.Implement/Support Replication – Multi master and Multi Slave
4.Setup of monitoring for databases using monitoring tools
5.Basic Knowledge of Unix OS
6.Good exposure in supporting Log shipping/Fail over solutions
7.Performance tuning
8.Defines and maintains database problem reporting, tracking, and resolution procedures.
