Roles and Responsibilities post joining • Technically responsible for a set of application related functionalities

• Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements

• Identifies technical risks and assists SM in developing mitigation and recovery plans

• Review work products and ensure the quality of deliverables

• Provides input and supports the test strategy for the functionality

• Understands the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the feature is being used)

We are looking for full stack experience having experience on both front-end and back-end.

Open to work on low-code and no-code way of development – building new features with the use of internal drag and drop editor and XML files (Vital Health Platform)- our low code/no code platform requirement, primarily is to work using this platform e.g.: "developing new features using internal low code/no code platform (drag and drop tools, XML generators etc.)" and then maybe developing platform itself.

• At-least 7 years of experience in software development

• Experienced in C#. NET, REACT JS based application development

• Experienced in SQL Server, database concepts, queries, stored procedures, profiler tool

• Hands on development/coding experience on platform class applications

• Excellent object oriented development skills

• Knowledge of design patterns and practical application of same

• Experience with working in SCRUM teams and Agile WoW

• Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus

Personal Characteristics:

• Willing to dive in and understand the code-base of platform class applications on Microsoft Stack

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to stay focused on the target in an ambiguous situation

• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization

• Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency

• Shall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities

• Working with multisite teams, quality conscious and process & customer oriented
