About the role
1/Context: Group Operations is an IT solutions company delivering services to the Group & to its banking and insurance companies. We develop and operate transverse business solutions at international scale. Working for the different companies of the group, Group Operations has a worldwide action field with offices in 7 countries. Our mission is to shape, build and maintain the shared solutions of Group. The aim of these services is to sustain business development, reduce time to market, & generate savings. 2/Environment: This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in the solution delivery and maintenance activities performed by the Network Operations of and for the Group. The function will be integrated in the Operational Excellence – Network Operations support teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering: ✓ Management of Systems, Database and Network ✓ Application maintenance and support ✓ IPC Process Management ✓ Project Management ✓ QoS and Governance The main activities addressed by the teams are: ✓ IT Infrastructure support for Business and Development teams ✓ Technical activities: • Production support and IT Service delivery • Support development & maintenance of Applications These teams oversee the project life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. 3/Main Tasks and Responsibilities: As a network administrator, the candidate will join an existing technical team and his role will require: ✓ Management, maintenance and monitoring the regional network (WAF, LB, routers, firewalls, switches) ✓ Work with central teams in incident/problem resolution ✓ Document the network changes ✓ Very good troubleshooting skills 4/Expertises: Technical skills: Must Have: ✓ Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Load Balancing / WAF /
Routing / Switching / VPN / FW ✓ Cisco ✓ F5 ✓ Check Point ✓ Palo Alto ✓ WEB Gateway Prox Nice to Have: ✓ Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar ✓ Broad experience Working with AlgoSec, Fortinet, Juniper and Aruba ✓ Strong knowledge of network, security technologies and protocols (Load Balancing, WAF, Routing, Switching, QoS, VoIP, Radius, GPON, IPv4, IPv6, NAT, DNS, DHCP, PPP, Wireless, IPS/IDS, VLAN, and IPSEC) ✓ Design and implementation of high complex network and security solutions, including data center solutions; ✓ Support in incident handling and problem solving ✓ Experience in operation of large networks ✓ Technological certifications in networks and/or security are a plus. (CCNA/CCNP/Other) Non-Technical Skills: Must Have ✓ Ability to work in a multicultural context (e.g. customers all over the world) ✓ Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context ✓ Ability to work as a group ✓ Ability to instill confidence ✓ Rigor and ability to synthesize ✓ Efficient communication ✓ Sense of commitment ✓ Proactivity and results orientation Launguage : English: Independent user (B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) French: Nice to have Job type: Full Time/Contract Division: eTeam Workforce Limited Reference: 22-06721
