This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced security architect to own the security architecture of global market leader across all IT domains.
As the successful candidate you will take overall responsibility for the design and build of IT security architecture, making recommendations that drive global strategy and managing the implementation of new technologies and processes in line with best practices and industry trends. A selection of your key duties will be to develop and manage the information security architecture function to support new development and technology innovation efforts into the enterprise, as well as define enterprise security architecture standards and roadmaps. Help solve key business security risks and develop fact based, quantitative analysis to support business decisions. Review and assess requests that deviate from the published technical security strategies, policies and standards. Build and subsequently maintaining capability and technology roadmaps that define how Security-centric platforms and working practices are kept up to date providing maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience within Security Architecture. You will have strong knowledge of common information security management frameworks, Cyber security strategy and roadmap development and implementation, IT / Cyber Security architecture and engineering and Information Security Reporting and Metrics. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a high level of energy, a willingness to hit the ground running and really make difference. Previous experience within a consulting company would be beneficial, but experience managing multiple projects and competing agendas is key.

Network Operations
Network Detections
Firewalls/Routings/Refresh of estate
Enhancements./improvements of network infrastructure
IP Networks (mainly HPe Arista and Aruba, Cisco and Juniper)
Data Flows
Network Engineering (Corporates, Ops, Projects, Products)
· Cloud delivery, security and deployment models for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS offerings provided by at least one of, Client Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud platforms
· Working knowledge of key cloud security standards
· Providing security review of network and system architecture designs
· Software Defined Data Centre (SDDC) and Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN)
· Technical knowledge in three or more domains in cloud services or on-premise context - Routing, Firewall policy, Anti-DDoS, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Network Segregation, Security Information and Event Management, Threat and Vulnerability
· Operating as an IT architect or security architect within complex projects
· Designing and implementing IT Resilience into IT projects to ensure Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity requirements are established
· Creating or securing cloud solutions in two or more Security Technologies, including but not limited to Identity and Access Management, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Network Security, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention, Anti Malware, Email Security, Web Content Filtering, DDoS Protection, Industrial Control Security, Mobile Device Security, Endpoint Detection & Response, Patch Management, Deceptive Technologies, Data Loss Protection, Application Security, Governance Risk and Compliance
· Detailed knowledge of good industry practice in tiered security architecture design
